Why Do We Exist?
To provide a professional service resulting in positive change by reducing stress and improving wellbeing at an organisational level. With our adaptable 3 step approach we are equipped to work with learners as well as employees. Consequently, we specialize in helping colleges maintain and improve their safeguarding standards in line with the Common Inspection Framework (CIF).
Your ability to safeguard students has never been more important. Due to a revised OFSTED framework, feedback from your learners regarding emotional states has the power to influence the final grade your establishment earns as safeguarding is now a limiting grade.
Our Priority
In recent years, more than 4000 children under the age of 14 have attempted suicide, in England alone. With this in mind it comes as no surprise to hear the children’s
secretary calling for greater vigilance to spot those at risk.
Our survey spots distress signals whilst our consultancy support ensures progress is made to improve problem areas.

Stress Risk Assessment For Staff
There are huge benefits to running a staff stress risk assessment (SRA) especially in conjunction with a learner SRA. There are many reasons to carry out an SRA. There is the ethical reason as stress can seriously damage ones health. The economic argument as stress prevention will reduce sickness absence costs and increase productivity therefore actually saving you money. And finally running an SRA is a requirement of employment law. The Health & Safety Executive have the right to impose heavy penalties on any employers not taking the welfare of their employees seriously and failing to run an SRA! We have gone the extra step to not only satisfy the HSE of your employer duties but also provide evidence to Ofsted CIF to illustrate your commitment to your learners. Please be aware there is an additional charge for this service as it requires an additional survey and report
